UW Blockchain Society is excited to present our second Hackathon week, held from May 10th to May 16th. The last two days will be the Hackathon and is for students to create software solutions with a focus on blockchain-related projects and apps. Join UW Blockchain Society's Discord Server to form teams with other participants, as well as ask any further questions about the hackathon! If you've decided on a team, fill out this form so we know who is together.

Hackathon Schedule - All times are in PST

May 15th (Saturday)

  • 8:45 AM Opening ceremony - Zoom
  • 9:00 AM Hackathon begins

May 16th (Sunday) 

  • 12:00 PM First time warning
  • 3:00 PM Second time warning
  • 4:30 PM Third time warning
  • 4:45 PM Fourth time warning
  • 4:55 PM Final time warning
  • 5:00 PM Submission deadline, judging begins

May 17th (Monday) 

  • 2:30 PM Judging period ends
  • 3:00 PM Winners announced

Requirements

  1. A working link to a demo of the application is required for submission
  2. Open source code must be submitted with the demo to be considered
  3. Submitted by the deadline
  4. Be the original work of an individual participant or a group project
  5. A human will look at the commit logs, so no funny business!
